Windshield Wiper Maintenance Mode

  1. Power on vehicle
  2. Press start button while holding the wiper switch up to set maintenance mode
  3. Lift & replace wiper blades
  4. Power vehicle back on & lift wiper switch to reset wipers

Road Departure Mitigation

  1. The RDM adjusts steering & braking to keep you from leaving your lane
  2. When lane departure is detected, a warning appears on the dash cluster, the system assists with steering, and the steering wheel will vibrate.
  3. You can customize this feature in system settings.

Traffic Sign Recognition System

  1. This system identifies posted speed limits and displays them on your dash cluster (and on windshield with higher trim levels).
  2. The displayed speed icon will blink when the posted speed limit has been reached/exceeded.
  3. This system can be customized or disabled in system settings.

Rear Cross Traffic Monitor

  1. This system ensures your path is clear while reversing.
  2. The system will beep and display an arrow showing the obstruction on your back-up camera screen.
  3. This feature can be turned off through a button on your display.

Adaptive Cruise Control

  1. ACC is designed to maintain a constant cruise speed and set a following interval with the vehicle in front of you.
  2. System can adapt to stop/go traffic and even bring you to a full stop, then back up to speed when need be.
  3. This feature is easy to navigate/customize using the buttons on your steering wheel.

Collision Mitigation Braking System

  1. CMBS is designed to alert you to a possible collision and assist with braking.
  2. The system activates when: there is a speed difference between your vehicle and another vehicle, pedestrian, or bicycle of 5km/hr or more, or if there’s a chance of collision.
  3. You will be given an audible and visual alert, then the vehicle will assist with braking if need be.
  4. This feature can be disabled in system settings.

Blind Spot Information System

  1. BSI displays an illuminated alert on/by your side mirrors to indicate a vehicle in your blind spot.
  2. When your signal is activated while a vehicle is in your blind spot, an audible warning will sound as well as a visual warning.
  3. This can be disabled through the Acurawatch button on the left of your steering wheel, then selecting the BSI option.

Remote Start

  1. Be within 300ft of vehicle.
  2. Press ‘lock’ button on fob.
  3. Press & hold ‘engine hold’ button until a yellow light blinks twice. When a green light blinks, the vehicle has been started.
  4. Vehicle will stay started for 10 minutes. You can remote start the vehicle once more before the vehicle will have to be manually started.
  5. To remotely shut off engine, press and hold ‘engine hold’ until red light blinks for 1 second.

Keyless Entry

  1. While vehicle is locked, bring key fob within proximity to drivers door handle.
  2. Place your hand into the handle. The door will unlock, and the mirrors will unfold.
  3. To lock the door, press embossed button on the door handle.
  4. If you utilize keyless entry on a rear door, all doors will unlock.
  5. You can also operate the tailgate by pressing the trunk button while the key fob is within proximity. The vehicle can also be locked through a button beside the tailgate handle.

Key Fob Battery Replacement

  1. Press and hold the release button on fob while pulling bottom section. (For TLX/Integra it will be a switch)
  2. Use valet key or tool to pop key fob open.
  3. Remove and replace battery, then put fob back together. Your key fob is now ready to use.

Memory Key/Seating

  1. Adjust seat, steering wheel, and mirrors to desired position.
  2. Press ‘set’, then numbered button of your choosing.
  3. If key fob memory is not recognized, press ‘lock’ then ‘unlock’ on fob and try again.
